Request to Stay in Housing Letter Generator

Use this tool to create a letter asking your landlord to delay or not file an eviction so you can stay in your housing until you get rent relief. To create your letter, follow these steps:

3. You will be taken to a new page that has a PDF of your letter
4. Download or print the PDF of your letter
5. Send the letter to your landlord via email or mail

Please note: this tool will not send the letter to your landlord. You must download the letter and send it to your landlord.
