If you would like to send your honoree a special note letting them know about the donation, we have created a few options for you to choose from. Choose which design you like best and then follow the instructions below.
From a desktop: Click the image, click the down arrow to download and save to your computer. Open your saved file and print. Fill in the blanks on the note and give to your recipient.
From a mobile phone: Tap and hold the image, select Add to Photos. Print the file, fill in the blanks on the note and give to your recipient.
