Board Meeting Public Comment Sign Up Form

The public is invited to provide brief comments (5 minutes or less per person) at each quarterly Board of Directors meeting. Board meetings provide an opportunity for you to let the board know about disability rights issues you’re seeing in your community.

The Board welcomes hearing what you have to say but will not respond. They will pass on the information to the appropriate DRTx staff person to address as needed.

(Public comment at a Board meeting should not be used to apply for DRTx services or to appeal a denial or file a complaint about our services. Instead, please apply at Intake.DRTx.org or call 1-800-252-9108. Visit www.DRTx.org/AppealsAndComplaints to appeal a case denial or file a complaint about our services.)

Board meetings are held on Saturdays, and times for public comment vary, but they’re usually between 8:30 a.m. and 10 a.m. Central Time. You can provide public comment via Zoom or in writing. Each public comment is limited to five minutes. During public comment, the board will listen but not respond.

If you would like to provide public comment at an upcoming meeting, please complete the form below by 8:00 a.m. Central Time on the Wednesday before each meeting.
