Exhibit Request Form

Please note the following:

  1. You must submit your exhibit request at least 8 weeks in advance of the date of your event.
  2. You will receive an answer to your request within 10 business days.
  3. We are a nonprofit agency with limited staff and resources and therefore are unable to fulfill every request we receive to exhibit. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Once you submit this form by clicking below, you should see a message that indicates that your form has been submitted. If you do not see this message, your form has not been submitted.

You will receive an answer to your request within 10 business days.

Please remember that demand for our agency to exhibit at events often exceeds our capacity to fulfill requests. We appreciate your understanding of our limited staff time and financial resources.
