Our intake department will close on December 18, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. and will re-open on January 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. During this time both our phone and online intake will be unavailable.

Those who submit an intake by phone or online prior to December 18, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. will be notified by email and/or regular mail before the end of the year regarding case acceptance or denial.
